Crime contre l’humanité : la CPI reconnaît un ancien chef rebelle centrafricain coupable

La Cour pénale internationale reconnaît mercredi 23 septembre un ancien chef rebelle centrafricain, Mahamat Saïd Abdel Kani, coupable de crimes contre l’humanité dans un pays en guerre civile.
